Message	the AC relay is on. Typically, I believe the ECU cycles the fan as required. As well, the low pressure switch will also control the fan operation. Second, if I am not mistaken, the ECU doesn't just trigger the fan when the AC is on, but it also wants to trigger the fan if the engine temps are higher even with AC off. I would recommend studying a S13 or S14 wiring diagram and see what they were doing for controlling the electric fan, if it wasn't controlled by the ECU. Hope that helps.
